The story
Why I made CR8.
I've taken creatine for years. Eighteen months ago, independent lab tests started exposing creatine products that contained a fraction of what their labels promised, some with none at all. The brand sitting in my cupboard appeared in those published results.
That sent me down a rabbit hole. The UK supplement space is far less regulated than most people assume. It is entirely possible to sell a product that doesn't contain what it advertises.
I looked at making gummies first, but I couldn't find a single manufacturer I trusted to deliver the creatine as advertised. And the chemistry is against them: creatine degrades in moist, acidic formats.
So I went the powder route, found the most credible UK manufacturer I could, and kept it simple. One ingredient. A 5g dose you can measure. A lab report you can read on this site.
CR8 is the creatine I wanted to buy and couldn't find.
