CR8 started with a simple observation: creatine has become complicated.

Gummies, drinks, sweets, blends and endless added extras. CR8 takes the opposite approach.

One core product. One ingredient. A simple powder format. A clear daily dose.

Each 150g pouch contains 30 daily servings of creatine monohydrate, and nothing else. Mix the recommended 5g dose with 200–300ml of water, stir and drink.

CR8 is distributed by Tuwells Ltd, based in Bolton, England.
